Q. How long has Dr. Perkins been in practice?
A. I have been serving the Tri-county area and beyond since 1978.
Q. How much does surgery cost?
A. Costs depend on the procedure(s) performed. A written quotation is given to you at the time of your consultation.
Q. Do you have payment plans?
A. Yes. Through Care Credit.

Q. Do I have to go under general anesthesia?

A. No. Virtually all facial and body liposuction surgeries can be comfortably and safely done using local anesthesia and conscious sedation.

Q. How long do I have to wait from the consultation to the day of surgery?
A. Generally, your surgery can be scheduled within 2 to 4 weeks.

Q. Do I need to lose weight before a facelift or liposuction?
A. In facial procedures weight loss before surgery has no major benefit other than general health. But getting your weight under control is good before body liposuction.

Q. Is there a lot of pain associated with surgery?
A. Most facial procedures (including full face lifts) and body contouring surgeries have remarkably little pain that can be easily controlled with oral medication.

Q. How much time do I need to take off after surgery?
A. Depending on the procedure done, most patients are able to return to work in one week or less.
