SANTA BARBARA, CA., JANUARY 19, 2010 – Evolutions Medical Spa’s website boasts that it is about “Advanced Solutions for Skin & Body”. Evolutions Medical Spa was founded by Santa Barbara cosmetic surgeon Terry J.
